Once Donna and I stepped foot outside, I knew it was going to be a great run. It's absolutely beautiful! It didn't take long to get a good sweat going. Tackling the hills didn't seem quite as hard like it did on Monday. Yay! I dropped her off at Mile 3 and kept going. I only planned on doing 5 but went ahead and did 6. Whoop! Don't you just love when you feel like you could keep going?
Once I got back to the office, cooled down and guzzled a ton of water, it was lunch time. It is very simple but one of my faves.
What's your favorite thing to eat for lunch?
I love a tortilla with melted cheese, turkey, red and green bell peppers, onions, and salsa.
ReplyDeleteI basically eat the same thing over and over again. I usually have wraps with hummus + lettuce and a side of steamed veggies. Never gets old.
