I Want Your Lahv, Lahv, Lahv!

Sorry, I have "Bad Romance" stuck in my head. I am so obsessed with Lady Gaga. Or as Big Boy calls her "Baby Gaga." Isn't that cute? Sleep was so awesome last night. My feet were happy when I got in bed. Both boys were fantastic this morning. I love when they wake up bubbly! Makes for a smooth sailing morning. Also, it's been so nice and sunny. Today will be another super weather day.

Brekkie was so good, however I was struck with some brekkie envy after seeing Andrea's breakfast burrito. Seriously? Are you joking my face? That beast looks amazing! Mine did its job (though I'm thinking I'll be trying to copy that burrito) and was delish!

I just love overnight oats and chocolate mint tea. Perfection! My oats contained:
  • 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1/2 non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 rice milk
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut flakes
Mix all ingredients well. Place in fridge overnight. Add toppings of choice the next morning. So easy! I added 3 teaspoons of NOO dried berry mix and 7 chopped almonds.

I couldn't help but chuckle when I read Melissa's comment about no blister or injured toenail pics because I really did try to take one this morning! But I decided to not ruin your brekkie. :0)

We're doing some weight training today and I'm ready! I'm more sore today from Tuesday's sesh than I was yesterday so I'm sure it will be a rough start. I love the BURN!

What's your favorite breakfast?

  1. Okay, dude, I LOVE overnight oats! I was told about them from a friend in Minnesota and they are so yummy. I'd forgotten about them though, so thanks for the reminder. It'll be my breakfast tomorrow. As for the burn, I can't wait to feel the burn again. Next week will be my first week back to the fitness regime with my trainer since spraining my back. Isn't it sick to say I can't wait?!
