My eats of the day:
Cup o' grapes before my workout.
For lunch, it was the return of the chickpea and black bean burger. I am seriously in love with this.
To snazz it up, I topped it with thin apple slices and smudges of cream cheese. It was exactly what my burger needed! I inhaled it.
Afternoon snack was a questionable cup o' oranges. Not sure what the issue was but it seemed "dry". Not juicy at all.
I was starving when I got home so I had a handful of tortilla chips. And a handful of crackers (not pictured. I was nursing Baby Boy):
I went to the gym before lunch and tried to do some cross-training. I basically tooled around on the elliptical and bike for 15 minutes. Snooze fest. My friend, Donna, was running and I had running envy! I got on and did half a mile as fast as I could - 4:30? I didn't want to overdo it since I have a 9 miler on the books tomorrow afternoon with Baby Sis. Yippee!
